You do not need a Flag Game account to use this website. Your preview channel handle stays temporarily in your browser, is not submitted to us and clears when you reload

Videos, images and fonts are served with the website. We have not added advertising pixels or connected an analytics service

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. It processes technical information, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and secure it. See the Cloudflare privacy policy

Private previews also use the preview host’s access controls

Purchases and support

Checkout and download delivery use Payhip, with card payments processed by Stripe. We receive customer and order information needed to administer purchases, such as your email address, purchased product, payment or refund status, checkout responses and relevant tax information

This website does not collect your card number. Read the Payhip privacy policy and Stripe privacy policy for their services

If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. Support email uses Proton Mail. Please avoid sending passwords or full payment-card details

Why information is used

We use order information to fulfil purchases and provide related support, relying on performance of our contract with you

We rely on legitimate interests to answer general enquiries, protect the website and prevent abuse, and on legal obligations where records must be retained by law. Required checkout information is needed to process and deliver your order

Keeping information
